Meet Beck
A creative soul with a passion for the written word, Beck has been a bookworm since she was a child.
As a qualified journalist and published children’s author, she adores storytelling in all its forms and believes imagination is truly priceless.
Before settling in Noosa, Beck lived in Asia for 15 years where she worked in the magazine industry as a professional writer and editor. Specialising in wellness travel, she spent many years gallivanting the globe, reviewing the world’s best health retreats.
Beck’s favourite genre is fiction. She loves nothing more than diving into a good novel and has a soft spot for short stories. As a Mama of 2 young children, she also has a keen interest in holistic motherhood content and knows her way around the KidLit department.
Beck believes stories are a powerful & precious art form and will never tire of the printed page. Bookshops are her idea of heaven, so she feels very lucky to be working in one.
