I was blessed to grow up in the culturally rich and beautiful eastern suburbs of Sydney, the daughter of two bibliophiles.

I had a meandering career path but always had a strong desire to work somehow with books, studying English Literature at university in my 30s, until I found myself working in a bookshop.

After around ten years in the award-winning Written Dimension Bookshop in Noosa Junction, in 2008 I decided to go out on my own in a sweet little shop in the glorious village of Peregian Beach, where I have lived since 1996.

Annie’s Books has been a joy right from the word go, and has grown substantially over the years to become a treasured part of the Village and Noosa Heads in general.

I am also blessed with wonderful staff, who share my passion for all things books, and who all have amazing reading and bookselling experience. I am a community girl.

I love where I live and work, and I have innumerable long relationships with locals of all ages, and also travellers to our area.

I have a wonderful life, and look forward to taking Annie’s Books into the future.
